Forensic VSA, warrants that its services provided will be of the kind and quality described in the promotional material, at the time of sale. Forensic VSA, makes no other warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied of its services. Additionally, Forensic VSA, makes no other warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied about the results of such services. Forensic VSA has made no other warranties or guarantees of any type, Forensic VSA in reference to the services offered and provided, except as may be expressly provided in any written contract between Forensic VSA, and the customer.
Whenever Forensic VSA, provides services, it is the full and complete responsibility of the customer, to ensure that the customer abides by all federal, state and local laws. Forensic VSA, is not licensed to practice law and does not provide legal services or advice to its customers. Whenever the Customer collects and submits evidence for analysis by Forensic VSA, the Customer warrants that the evidence has been collected in a lawful manner. Whenever applicable, Customer warrants that it has read and complied with the Employee Polygraph Protection Act contained on Forensic VSA’s, website.
The liability of Forensic VSA, and its agents or employees, for mistakes, errors, omissions or other similar occurrences in the provision of their services, is limited to a refund of the fee paid for such services. This remedy is the exclusive remedy available to the customer, whether their claim arises in tort, contract or otherwise. Customers further agree that the laws of the State of Texas and any applicable federal laws shall govern the relationship between Forensic VSA, and the customer. Furthermore, should a dispute arise, the parties agree that Liberty County, Texas or the Eastern U.S. District courts, shall be the proper venue for all dispute resolution.
